SHIPPING POLICY
We have FREE shipping within India on prepaid orders. Once you place an order your pairs would be delivered within 5-8 working days all over India. For International order it will take 10-15 working days. Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you. Please Note- During festivals AND adverse weather conditions, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
IMPORTANT for International Orders: Orders with more than 1 item will be packed in a large box instead of individual boxes.
TRACKING DETAILS
You will get your tracking id on your mail id mentioned in your shipping details and on the contact number shared by you within 48hrs after your order is confirmed.
IMPORTANT POINTS
- Check your contact details thrice once you place your order.
- Check your pincode and address thrice and only give one address in shipping address with proper house no. and landmark.
- Incase you have given wrong number, pincode or address contact our customer support within 24hrs after placing the order to update your details with your order number.
- We wont bare the RTO charges if shipment is not accepted by you in 2 attempts or your shipping details would be wrong. If your order is returned back to us you have to pay us your RTO and SHIPPING charges to reship your order. As mentioned we don't provide RETURN / REFUND / CANCELLATION of orders once its confirmed.
