REFUND / RETURN / CANCELLATION / EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to swap your pairs for another size then you have to contact our customer support team within 1 day of the delivery. As we don't provide return in case of any defect or issue an uncut unboxing video is required for replacement within the 24hrs once the product is marked delivered. 

EXCHANGE PROCESS Firstly contact our team within the given time and share your issue with the required details mentioned above. In case of exchange pack the product in its original box with all the items you received in the box. Then you get two option for return one is self return you can courier the box by your end to our location shared to you by our team OR you will be provided with a label from our team take its print out stick on the box and you will receive call from a delivery boy to pick the return order handover the product to the delivery boy in the same conditioned as mentioned above. Once we receive your order back to us we will dispatch your new order. Exchange Timeline is 2-4 working days.

Keep in mind we wont accept your used or damaged product by your end, it wont be consider for exchange as we will be creating unboxing video from our end once we receive your order. So, please we request you to return the product in the same condition you received.

The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value.

If you have ordered "Using a coupon" you are not applicable for RETURN / EXCHANGE 

We do not entertain REFUND & CANCELLATION of orders once order is Shipped by our end.
